Brought formally into existence on with its incorporation on December 15th of 1992, the company established itself with its first offices in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

The initial operations of the company were with involvement in machine shops and in special machinery design and build. During this time the company caught the attention of a number of our associates in the industry, and referrals were made for us to work closely with several other companies to refine and optimize their efforts.

The referrals for our work in optimizing companies, and in some cases rescuing them from financial difficulties, spread rapidly and interest in working with us grew. During the early 1990's and onward we becase involved with, or partners in, various companies. Our operations at that time saw us involved in excavating and land development, advertising, and planning of a film studio build. The stage had been set for our growth, but not along a linear path.

Our foundation of operations had solidified and grown at this stage, with our graphic design and marketing operations running at full tilt, and the beginning of serious consultation services being structured.
It was at this time that the dotcom boom event took place, and we were unwittingly drawn into portions of it with one project where we were sought out to help financially restructure and save a company in the industry that had got into trouble.
After completing this project we were approached with the idea of consulting for an individual planning to start a company to build data centers. The consulting and planning lead to us becoming partners in the company for a period of more than five years, growing the company at an extraordinary rate through the boom period, then reshaping it immediately afterward to service the market that resulted.

For several years after that we had a number of involvements and partnerships in a variety of industries, sharing knowledge and bringing our experience to their operations. During this time we learned more and more about each type of company we were working with. Our final true partnership at that time was with an ad agency in downtown Minneapolis, after which we set out to grow our own burgeoning operations further.
Not long after we created our initial operations into yacht brokerage, building rapidly in the midwest area. It was our operations in this arena that set the scene for our planned move an expansion as we saw the financial crash start happening in 2006, and our plans to move into markets to grow from it.

October of 2008 saw our main corporate offices make the move to Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This was a strategic move to allow us to expand our operations in the yacht brokerage sector, and indeed led to us partnering with a European group and starting our main brokerage division of IY Blue. During this time we also launched our publishing division - Sovren Publishing - as a separate operation from the graphic design studios, with Sovren Magazine premiering initially in Florida and then in its geographically international version at the 2013 Monaco Yacht Show.

Early 2014 saw us return our main operations to Minnesota. Our yachting operations were established down south, and we now had ties to Europe and beyond in that sector.
Since then we have been growing each portion of operations to what we believe are their optimal sizes. Publishing continues to grow as we create publications for clients, and partner in them with others. The yachting goes from strength to strength as we work with larger yachts and now yacht charter and management. And our in house abilities to provide virtually all services needed to start or run a company has allowed us the luxury to assist clients with their business or join in with them and become an invaluable partner with our resources and experience.

Our more current expansions have taken place in some new industries. Our yacht brokerage division has split off a separate company to market and become a dealer for the new breed of electric and solar yachts, and we now keep a solar powered 24' boat at our offices as a display and tester. One of our marketing projects is for a scale replica of the P-51 Mustang, and our publishing side is set to grow with the launch of a book publishing division..
Among other things we're excited about, we have recently partnered with a young female entrepreneur in launching a company to market products in the renewable energy sector, and are having a blast learning aboutof all of the new electric aircraft, and even an electric baby Bentley Blower replica. Who says business can't be fun!

looking forward, to everything |
As we look at 2025, our plans and projects in progress, we look forward to the coming year, to the new people we will meet, and the work we will undertake to assist current business owners, and those wishing to go down that path.
