There is not a day goes by where we are not involved in a completely new start up company. Whether for clients, or one more of our own ideas, we are constantly taking the seeds of thought and turning them into feasible companies.

People approach us to help with start up companies, often from the very beginning. Bringing in the concept, a finished prototype, even just a drawing or idea.
Our approach is to evaluate what we're shown, and judge if it is realistic. If it is, then we assist with the best way to begin and move forward. If it isn't, we help find a way it can be.

Often, at this point, we can suggest changes to a new business in the beginning stages.
An outside view of an idea, past experience of something similar,or even some technical expertise brought in to a project can improve it greatly and make its chances of survival and success much greater.

From the very start we can then help with each and every step we're called in for.
We can assist with the business plan, ensuring every detail is thought of and planned for and that a financial picture has been accurately created. We can then be available to offer help with each and every part of the start up process, creating the structure for the company and providing resources needed at each phase to see it successfully start and grow at an optimum pace while ensuring everything stays under control.

This new project is one of our most recent examples of being approached with an idea, then being tasked with proving it a reality and setting about making it one.

The project was based on presenting the latest and best in renewable energy technology without bias. The original plan brought to us called for a website with news of the latest forms of renewable energy generation and collection, storage, and the modes of transportation available or being developed.
Initial planning took place, and the new entity grew to have its own publication slated for 90 days after start-up, and the plans for every step of expansion right up to a showroom for the company. Each part will be supported by the revenue streams created by the company operations.
This has been, and will continue to be, one of the more wonderful projects we've partnered with as it allowed us a wide open channel of communication and to utilize virtually all of our capabilities ... right down to creating the logo!

Frequently we are brought in on tech projects to evaluate their real world usability and appeal, as well as their financial capability to survive and profit. Now and then we get to help set off the next big thing.

A pair of individuals involved in tech startups approached us with a basic idea for a new payment system. The logic of the idea made sense, so we set about creating an initial business plan based on their input. Once that was done, we then overhauled the plan with some input of our own.
Their vision for the project was based on their experiences, and revolved around one group, albeit a large group. We took the basic functions of the system and applied it to a greater potential marketplace, some 70 times larger it turned out when final calculations were complete.
We are now working alongside the creators of the idea to bring the basic premise to a trial ready status, working with tech financiers to launch the product in usable form, and creating the foundation of the marketing for the system to multiple consumer types.

One start up we are currently undertaking for ourselves is in the expansion of a European based yacht brokerage and management company, wherein we are becoming agents for them but setting up under their name.

Working with a company we have partnered with in some ways for fifteen years now, we are bringing their brand to the U.S. and carrying out operations for them. The company is involved in yacht brokerage and charter but at a higher level than our involvement, so the situation makes sense and causes no conflict.
The project allows us to work under an illustrious brand with larger yachts, and the advantage to them is our marketing capabilities. As well as a dedicated website for U.S. operations, we created a dedicated magazine for keeping communications with clients enjoyable.
Requiring an amount of upfront work and some serious marketing to initiate, this is a massively lucrative industry and well worth the investment.
